96 maxima no pulse from injectors

The 96 doesn't have NATS so the security light doesn't really mean anything. The alarm system will disable the starter. I never heard of the pre-Nats cars disabling the injectors.
Try disconnecting the battery and resetting the ECU, along with removing the connector from the ECU and re-installing it.
You could try checking wire continuity between the ECU and injectors.

also theres grey little box right next to maf sensor that will say unisia jecs in big letters and that is primarily for the fuel injectors. If you unplug it the car will not start and will stall if you unplug it while it runs. Thats like a control module for the injectors.

My 1995 Nissan Maxima has been shutting down on me at random moments while driving and has left me stranded a number of times. After consulting with a mechanic friend, he seems to think that it’s likely caused by the loss of the current to the fuel injector. Can someone verify or confirm if you have had a similar experience? I experienced an identical problem and it was the crankshaft position sensor starting to fail. The ignition system has to know where the crankshaft is during rotation in order to fire the coils. That was a lot of troubleshooting and I ended up taking in to a shop in the end.

I understand that dirt and crud on a good sensor could cause the problem as well. Which might mean that one could try to clean the existing sensor, then reinstall.

I don't know what your mechanic checked out and what he didn't to reach the injector pulsing conclusion..
biggest problems I've found with these cars especially 95s which is the very first year model due to age..
Intake manifold leaks due to deformed gaskets (especially between upper/lower manifold), faulty MAF sensor, bad Grounds for sensors, dying o2 sensors, ignition coils/spark plugs/bad coil electrical harness, crankshaft sensor subharness, or the actual ECU not sending the right signals.
i don't think anyone on here is going to give you the exact problem until you start ruling out possibilities yourself/your mechanic/or you find someone who actually knows these engines really well instead of a 'general import/domestic - we can do everything - mechanic''
