Those are V1's. Everyone rocks V2's. And where do you see 4-1?

Opps don't know why I put 4 -1..."hit in the head" guess that would be 3-1 each side..lol.

I know people "rock v2" but these are nice two. Are v2 for the 5th gen, which you have to do a little cutting. Dang...just trying to point you guys to a sell that isn't half bad. I'll think twice next time.

Actually they dont. Anything with an unequal length ypipe sounds raspy. Gotta run the right setup to get it to sound good.

wrong, I've heard many shortie headers with uneven y pipes that don't sound raspy.

The VQ in its own is naturally raspy period and point blank.

I have 0 rasp under load and I have an unequal length Cattman Y. It is only raspy when revving in neutral and that is the same with just about any car. Under load sounds different than Neutral revs unless of course you own a Honda and then it is raspy the whole time

Have you heard it without the exhaust manifold on? Or even just a bung leaking. These motors dont have the biggest displacement in the world

If we are talking about the same thing, rasp IE bees in the can sound, then it is not set in stone a maxima with an unequal Y will have rasp. A big resonator and big muffler will help a lot but obviously you cant eliminate all of it and it will never sound as sweet as an equal length.

Have you heard a VQ wot w/ just mani's? Your ears may hurt, but it's a tie for me on pain from happyness and just loudness.

Or when I had a hole in the flex pipe, those were good days too, got old cause it was too loud though....

AWWWW SHEEEEIT! you made it to the dyno? What did you put down?

Yes that video is the rasp I am talking about. I have absolutely 0 of that unless I am revving in neutral up to about 5k and let off the gas. Worse when its cold. Under load though? I have 0 rasp. Remember I have an automatic so there is no coasting from 5 or 6k like you could have with a M/T
