Culprit for rough idle after 6-10secs of stopping ?

I have a 96 Max that would idle fine half the time when I'm at a light, but normally when warmed up the idle will drop and sometimes stall if I don't rev it in time. I saw threads with similar issues of course but never found a conclusive answer. I'm torn between a vacuum leak and MAF. I have new plugs and coils, cleaned tb, iacv, and egr as well. If I sit at a light for a while it would idle normal at first, but then drop after like 6 seconds and my car would shake and struggle. If it was a vacuum leak, wouldn't it continuously be a fluctuating idle if at a stop? I have no codes. I unplugged the maf while it was running and there was just a pause followed by a higher idle. Not sure if that means anything or not. Thanks in advance.

Youd be surprised. How do you know for sure it's not them?

Because I bought them for no reason thinking I needed some but it was actually a busted tube seal leaking oil in the cylinder messing it up. So I put the originals back in after fixing it and noticed idle was still dropping. So I just decided to stick in the new ones and the results are the same. I admit you guys are making me wanna try them out again now lol.

Aftermarket coils are no good for theses A32s. I threw in coils I got from ebay and they threw codes in only 2 days. Got used OEM coils at the JY and they've been fine.

My first inclination would be MAF sensor. I had similar sysmtoms without throwing a code for the MAF. For me any way I put in a remanned MAF and my problems went away.
