probably the motor / tranny mounts going bad. How many miles on the car? It's normal if you have over 150K miles. The mounts break over time, do you have a hard shift from R to D or anything like that? Same issue.

Try cleaning your TB/IACV.

IACV (Idle Air Control Valve). It is located towards the rear of the engine with a pink, purple, brown, and grey harness. Three 12mm bolts hold it in place. Rewmove and clean with TB (Throttle Body) cleaner.

Bad mounts will not cause a shake.
The IACV only controls the idle speed, not how smooth it idles.

The shake might be caused by a misfire.
Is the check engine light on?

mounts have bushings or rubber in them to help fight the vibration to ensure a smooth ride. i agree with mounts should be changed either way.

could that something else be a Cylinder X misfire or P1320? Sounds like a misfire to me since you said it goes away when you put in neutral

i had this problem. I had a hose that goes to something...not sure what, but it had been cut by previous owner...vacuum leak essentially...fixed my in gear shake problem and my no VQ power until i reached 3k rpm. took me some time to find that. changed oil, CPS sensor , plugs, boots, fuel filter, TPS sensor, then paid $1 for a double barbed hose connector and now its gone.

This is why I said here are lots of possibilities. From ignition coil, to park plug, to injector, to vacuum hose... But your statements are indeed true.

I had misfire in multiple cylinders (P0300) that went away when I changed my plug boots, couldnt beleive the old boots, they ALL came out in pieces. I'm not sure if it was the boots or the CPS sensor that fixed it cuz I changed them at the same time. Either way the code went away.
