Does it take a while for you temperature gauge to get up to normal?
If so, change your thermostat.

Brand new thermostat. I'm gonna time it to see how long it takes to warm up

I feel like my car has always taken longer for the heat to warm up than some of my friends Hondas.

What kind of car does your neighbor have you are comparing it to?

How long is pretty long? This could be due to open stuck thermostat or having incorrect heat range thermostat - your thermostat maybe opening faster than your neighbor's thermostat.

This maxima makes me feel stupid everytime I do a repair, long story short (feel free to call me stupid) I had the wrong setting on lol, change it to the proper setting and it was hot as hell in there and my hoodie didn't help. Problem solves mods lock when ready
