the forums are here for your assistance. True, most of us do like helping each other out. BUT, you have an extremely basic question which has more than likely been answered, if you have a question like that SEARCH first-ask questions later. You will get much farther in life (in general) if you dont act like a ding bat

just a thought dont bite the hand that feeds you. if you are going to be rude you might not want to ask for help

and really 15 posts within 14 mins...come on man

now on to your question

trunk---junkyard or ebay
tailights---Maxima_joe, junkyard, ebay
spoiler---if its really that important to you, buy one slap it on and buy a rice can
center console---Maxima_joe, junkyard, ebay

and also none of the above will help it go faster, that is too general are you looking for turbo?? intake? headers? what? cant help if you have no direction

Do you not see the 4th gen Classifieds section? Dealer forum? Ebay?

Ebay for the blinkers and spoiler, or forum. Clear outers can be homemade for your year of maximal. Center console depends on whichever part you need. I would say adding a Y pipe -$200 would give you the best power, but a intake -$30-$300 sounds beast and is cool to.

Ok i think out of everyone here ill be the nicest... search works great it is generation specific down to most common modifications we all do when we first buy our maximas...as far as intakes for better power...build your own most intakes make you lose low end torque headers are a waste of money for the mere horsepower youre going to gain...cattman y pipe is the best bang for the buck...around 14whp and its about 300 bucks i believe?? Maybe a lil more..catback exhaust to go with y pipe . As far as your parts go...check ebay craigslist or the classifieds here.. i hope this helps... welcome to the maxima family and dont mind the other guys weve been around awhile and get tired of the same questions more or less but theyll get over it.

I'm glad people weren't this rude to me when I joined up. Although I was reading and searching this forum as a guest for over a year before I became a member. Regardless, welcome to the Org.

You should post some pics of your new Maxima! Always like seeing new members rides.

You can find a spoiler and trunk at Junkyard/ebay/org classifieds.
I don't mind the spoiler. I rock a OEM spoiler on my SE.

Ebay has clear bumper lights. Check the how to section to make custom red/white out tails.

Center console can be found at junkyard/org classifieds.

As for performance upgrades. Short ram intake (Build a custom one. Don't waste your money on a $200 injen). Y-pipe is huge upgrade. Exhaust. Headers. 00VI upgrade. NWP spacers. All of these are cheep upgrades and all bolt on's. For serious performance you'll want to look into supercharger or turbo after you've upgraded with some of the bolt on's.

the Maxima is a great car. Love it and she will love you back. Just rolled over 250,000 miles and still going strong on mine.

Look at it from our perspective. The questions have been asked a thousand times. He ****** the first 15 threads on page 1. Totally blowing past the forum rules, FAQs, and how to's. It gets old answering the same noob questions.

Now... How do I use the advanced search function when it's not working for me?

Oh wait... silly of me, I thought this was the forum's FAQ... lol

But in all seriously OP, just browse around. You'll find that it's a good read to read through the thousands of posts people have about their rides, experiences, and all other types of goodies. And speaking of which, you should search "just killed bambi" for a good laugh, and just as an example of what goes on in the daily lives of us Maxima ******

P.S. Sorry guys if it gets bumped up on the posts again I was just giving an example!

If I were to guess I'd say at least half of the people on this forum are complete idiots. I'm not trying to be a ****, but the truth is there are many other car forums where intelligent discourse is the norm, not the exception. Yes...there are several members (new and old) that are knowledgeable, helpful, and good people. But at the end of the day I feel like I'm usually reading posts written by people that barely have a high school reading level. (Eng. 2nd language ppl excluded) The stickies are all most people need...

These days the Stickies are full of bad links that lead to no where. At least on the 4th gen page. Seems like every time I need to learn How to do something I click a link and it's broken. Either new how to's need to be written up and replaced with the bad links or they need to be changed with a working link. A lot of the forum needs to be revamped and cleaned up.

I agree with the frustrations of long time members dealing with the same old "I don't know how to use the search function" response and newcomers that revive old threads with one word responses like "cool" just to get their first 15 posts in.

I read the rules when I joined and posted legitimate responses without bumping old threads or trying to annoy anyone. But I also use to moderate a forum so I also understand how to obey rules of forums and not stir up veteran members.

Wow, kinda scared to get to my 15 limit. Don't like being chastized for asking questions. I'm a member on numerous diesel forums and can't say I have ever seen that many replies telling someone to use the search button. I've used the search a couple of times and I still haven't got the answer to my question, but I can't post because I need 15 replies to other post.

useful post. Everybody ragged the guys case because he made 15 posts in 14 minutes, all of his posts were; cool, welcome, awesome. One word posts simply to ask a question that if he searched he could have found hundred's, if not 1000+ answer's to his question.
