was roaming around ebay and saw this never heard of it before and would like to see what you guys think of it

These scams have been emptying people's wallets for years. It will make your engine run richer and if you don't see a decrease in your miles per gallon, you'd be lucky. You'd also be lucky if the check engine light didn't come on with O2 sensor codes.

Go to radioshack and buy a 1.5 k ohm risistor

Oh wait you can't only get one ok 5 for 1 dollar it does the same thing
