WTF... why is my sockets keep shorting out.
Ok, guys I am sure you guys know that since I burnt my tranny and my damn electrical sockets, my car is still burning the sockets out. The only thing I can think of is the new luminics bulb that I have on there are a 12v 65/45w 120/140w and the lights are ok and there right type of products, but however I think I might have a continuity somewhere from the ECU or the BCM, I am also noticing the RPMS are shooting high and the car got a brand spankin new tranny in it and it's only 7 months old from production date and Installed it in feb,28 2011. If the flywheel is not in spec measurements does that mean the ECU has to carefully unleash the crankshaft power slowly with high RPMS so the flywheel/torque conv bolts don't snap.

I think its probably because you are using overwattage bulbs or bulb. The stock bulb is a 9004 that draws 45W of power with low beams and 65W with high beams.
The 120/140W bulb is drawing a little over two times what your wiring and sockets are made for. And its heating things up and burning/melting stuff.
Hope that helps

I am sure if I drive normally with in the 45-60 mph the car runs good everything is ok but if i step it up in the triple or high double digits it will instantly fry the damn thing. I have testing out the driving habits with he voltage that are recommended on this car.

Put the crack pipe down speedricer, vehicle speed has NOTHING to do with burning headlight sockets. Overwattage ricer bulbs do. You need the sub-harness with relays.

Ok, I will get the sub harness wire for the headlights and I am no speedricer here ok got that if there's anyone that's on a crackpipe it got's to be your avater and you. I don't have ricer bulbs they are just nice and color coded to the persons satisfaction.
