Install a few strain gages that are wired to a signal conditioner that sends a signal to a relay and powered by the door switches. Wire the other end of relay to a solenoid with a huge ***** on it under the steering wheel. Program the signal conditioner to recognize yur exact weight. THat way if anyone gets into your car and sits down a huge **** will spring onto their face!! lol

Jus think outside the box here...

Even better, mount it inside your seat cushion with a really strong spring. Then the thief gets it right where he deserves!!

i got a slight modification to yours ^^. Add a loudspeaker with some kind of Village People song on it and make it play when someone tries to hotwire the car and program it to lock the ***** in the car like on Bait Car.

DUDE, that train alarm is exactly what we need. That joint is guaranteed to chase away any theif and also wakes your neighborhood because they think a train about to come in their house..

But you cannot drive your car without the MAF connected or at least working.

Trust me I've tried........

Got two feet, then stalled. And wouldn't start again until I replaced it, on the side of the road

I wasnt saying that the car wouldnt start. The thief wouldnt beable to go past 2k Therefore would make it difficult to steal.

Plus i was being a little on the sarcastic side as well. If anything i would troggle switch the main power going to the ecu or better yet make it so i can take the whole ecu out in general........

You supposedly can drive without a maf, but I haven't had success doing it.

in the name of simplicity, why not remove your battery? very few car thieves would carry a heavy battery around with them, and it has the added benifit of keeping your battery warm, which can make winter starts easier.

So you car going to remove and carry around a car battery with you everywhere? If you are talking about just doing it at home, then your car is vulnerable everywhere else. Constantly having to remove, and reinstall the battery will get really annoying really quick.

Why not remove the CPS sensor?? Car will not start without it. Its one 10mm bolt, easy to access and disconnect.
