After doung the Cruise control always ready mod http://www.vqpower.com/v2/articles.php?article_id=28
I figured why not try it with the clutch inhibitor relay. It works, I can reach in through the window and start my car when needed.

Just an update. Replaced the inhibitor switch and no cell after 500 miles. Very easy to change. The hardest part was removing the wire connection because Nissan attaches the inhibitor switch wires to the transmission.
