Vibration from Wheel area
I had a very heavy vibration from my wheel. It was horrible at any speed. But actually went away when I applied the braked hard enough. When I got out of my car after I got home I smelt what smelled like burnt grease. I assumed it was the rear hub assembly bearing going out. So I replaced it. Now I still get some vibrations but no where the same level. And now it only vibrates at sub 35 mph levels. It still stops though when I apply the brakes.
I am scared to drive my car right now. But not sure what it could be. I do think my bearing was bad but now something is wrong with brakes. Their is no squealing and it is new(under 5000 miles) brakes/rotor. The tire was also recently rebalanced because when I first got it was not balanced correctly. The tread is still good though on the tires. Not sure what to try next.

First off, you need to get your wheels balanced first. After doing this, test drive again and see if you get vibrations. If so, start by checking your axles and then your wheel bearings.

The tires were just balanced so I don't think it is that. I think it is for sure something with the brakes since I just drove it around and it seriously vibrates when I put moderate pressure on the brakes. The rotors looked fine so maybe just needs some adjustment with the calipers or bads.

How do you know exactly which wheel is vibrating?
You claim the vibrations happen when you apply the brakes.
That is caused by your rotors, usually the fronts - replace or resurface them.
