BOSE speaker fuse keeps blowing

Hi guys I have a problem here and I hope someone on here has already had that problem, so I know what to do.

Ok so I did have a sub in my car a couple months ago. For the rca's I just ghetto rigged them by cutting off one end of the rca's and directly hooking them up to the speaker to the amp. I know it was kind of dumb, but it worked.

Now I don't have anything in my trunk. But when I was driving yesterday that same back speaker that had the rca's hooked up started making cracking noises like it was losing a connection. Then the Bose speaker fuse blew and none of my speakers work. I tried a new fuse and same thing happened.
I don't know if the rca's messed with the speaker, but its been a while since I had a sub in the trunk.

Anyone have this problem with their Bose speakers?

I did check the wires, but I did not cut them to begin with. All I did was take of the positive and negative connections and slid the wires in with them when I plugged them back in

you still have a short somewhere thats what is blowing the fuse. see if two wires might be touching somehow or a bare spot touching something

I think I might of found the problem. I saw some condensation on my side marker on the front bumper. Turns out the bulb came undone

I thought since that was the only thing that was different with my car I though it was some how related.
But, I took out the mini amp underneath the speaker and saw one little spot on the circuit that was burnt up. Looks like I need a new one.
