Well, it actually depends if you are lowered, you might rub a little bit, especially in the rear. If you are on stock suspension though, you should be fine.

For reference to this: I am running a kyb/agx setup and I'm not rubbing in the rear at all. Running 235/40/18. Slightly shorter but only by ~14 mm.
