The IAC valve or Idle Air Control Valve clicks when the ECM has been put in diagnostic mode manually using the screw on the side. Unfortunately I didn't realized this until I had already replaced the IAC valve and saw someone mention it vaguely here on a related thread. When I read it, it jogged my memory of this and sure enough I go and turn it back fully counter-clockwise and the clicking stopped. Yeah, I felt like a moron. I will accept the humility though so that no one else has to go through what I went through. It's all good. : ) By the way, this place is awesome!
