defroster fuse locaction?

my rear defroster does not work at all on my car. the light in the button comes on when i push the button but im getting no voltage to the rear window. i have looked in the chiltions and in the FSM and they just say the fuse is in the under hood fuse box. all i can find for the "RR defog" is a relay and it clicks on and off with the switch i have not checked it with my meeter yet though so it could still be a prob. i did check every fuse i could find with my test light and all test good under the dash and under the hood.

Test lights are not a good way to check fuses while the fuse is in the box. Check fuses #38 and 39 they are both 20amp. I believe they are both in the underdash fuse box. The numbers are molded into the fuse block, kind of hard to see. Check the fuses visually or with an ohmmeter. Or pull the fuse out of the box and then test it with your light.
