00VI Manual
This is v.1 of my 00VI manual I have written. I have seen an abundance of threads and questions lately, so I figured I would put it out prematurely. I am still working on this, and it will be updated when I feel that significant changes have been made.

This would not have been possible without the willingness to search for the information that is already out there. There is more information on this board from guys such as Tatanko, pmohr and Ceasars Chariot than the government has on Watergate.

I gave credit to various people as I went through, though Im sure I have missed some. If credit has not been given where it is due, tell me, I will gladly put it in.

Yeah the grammar is iffy. I'm also not too happy about the "the 00 IACV is iffy at best on the 4th gen ecu".
All you have to do is screw in the lil bolt on the TB a lil further in to open the TB plate up a bit. Get the idle at around 700rpm and the 00IACV works perfectly. Mine even raises rpm when power steering is used, not sure how but it does.
Also not sure if you mentioned that as long as the EGR temp sensor and the EGR solenoid are plugged in, you won't get a EGR malfunction code...
And for #4 and #5 on the vacuum hose diagrams. #5 works perfectly fine with the stock hose coming from the EVAPCPVCV. So only #4 needs to be modified and ONLY if you're using the 4th gen IACV...
The vacuum diagram also doesn't mention the small vacuum port under the brake booster port #1...

As per Pat, the small port below the normal break booster is something rare, and is something to do with Cali emissions or something to that effect. It is not normal, rather more uncommon than common.

Some of the information I pulled from various sources, hence the credits where they're due. I might say Lower Intake Manifold vs LIM, 00 vs 01 vs A33 vs DEK etc etc.

Both my manifolds had that port. But they were plugged with a rubber cap from factory. Can be seen cut off in my 00vi thread in All motor section. What are they for btw? Why plug them from factory?

Same here, at first it brought me to a google sign-in page.
Did that, it said re-directing, then ...
      I'm thinking it's a google problem. Was having issues just signing into gmail after this happened

      Very nice job man. To anyone planning on doing this I would strongly suggest going with setup number 1 since its so easy. When you start doing customizations you just make the whole process alot harder than it should be. Its crazy how it took me so long to complete my swap and now I can take it completely apart by myself in about 20 minutes or less. Also if anyone if looking for DEK parts let me know I have plenty.

      I don't know what they're for but I ran my FPR vacuum there...

      Have you read the stickies in AM? Read Tatanko's site? Read the manual in the first post? Have you done any reading on it at all?

      Every single last bit of information you could ever want on the 00VI is available on this site, you just need to search for it.

      Yes, it bolts up. And no, it doesn't bolt up. It all depends on what you mean by '00VI'. Yes, you can change the ECU. No, you don't have to.

      Maybe we have a gnome in our intakes? or perhaps a snake rather hah. Ill replace mine and if it doesnt work, ill search/troubleshoot since i know now its not normal. Actualy i dont even remember having one on my IACV. i guess ill look tomm.
