Cefiro Headlights

I BOUGHT MORPHEOUSZERO'S(??) RETRO'D LIGHTS. NO NEED TO TELL ME NOT TO GET THE CEFIROS

So I am really getting sick and tired of my r34 headlights, and I want some new lights. I am leaning toward smoked cefiro one piece headlights. I have found an excellent right up, and I believe that my buddy chris and I can do this. He has a pretty good amount of body experience. I've been trying to get in touch with sycefiro with no luck. So I have looked around, and found these. Does anyone have experience with them. I have emailed them, and asked them some questions about the lights. I will more than likely be going to pull a part to get plugs for the 194 city light, the H4 and possibly an 1157. So my question is should I get these lights. They are nicoclub site supporter, so they should be legit.

So whats the issue with your current setup? Output?
Not sure the Cefiros will have better output, plus the fitment isnt going to be 100% unless your going to do actual body work to the fenders to fill the gaps. Installing them is one thing which just involves some cutting, but filling those gaps is another. The black weather stripping only does so much and honestly doesnt look so great.

output is a big thing and they look a lot better too. My buddy has them on his, and they look great. He did no work to the fender. I got another question too flava. I measured for my wheel spacers and I need 1.5 inch wheel spacers. Do you have any idea where i can get those.

Really? Hmm...
Ive yet to see a set that fit really well. All the ones Ive seen used the black rubber weather stripping to fill the gaps since the corners of the Cefiros are shaped a bit differently then the corner lights the Maxima uses.
30mm is the largest Ive seen and they come out to a bit over an inch.
If you really need 1.5 inches might have to have them made, then find studs that are long enough for them.

So why not retro fit the r34's you have? I mean if you are going to spend money for another set of lights that arent going to have any better output why not make yours better? Im not just saying that cuz i do retro's im saying cuz you are wanting to get the other lights for output. The output isnt going to be better and the fit will be worse.

I agree, makes more sense to improve the lighting of the current setup vs. buying new headlights and having similair output to the old setup and having an extra set of headlights laying around.

what i was saying about the mustang spacers was: since they have different thread pitch and stud size than a maxima, could i buy they maxima "lug nuts" that come with wheel spacers since the ones that come with them will be the wrong thread pitch and stud size.

man, this tread went from headlights to wheel spacers.

i have a queston? why do people consider any one piece cefiro headlights as actual cefiro headlights? those look like cheap ebay lights. i'm not trying to start anything or say anything against you buying them, i'm just wondering why people consider these as actual "jdm" cefiro headlights.

these are actual cefiro headlight light, and when people say cefiro headlights i these come to mind. actual OEM "jdm" cefiro headlights...

Who said anything in this thread about "actual JDM Cefiro headlights"
The ones being mentioned, and found on ebay are classified as Cefiro headlights, although yes they are a knock offs even though on that site they state they are OEM Asian parts. We all know the differences between the two, we've seen the real ones in the past.

do not buy the cefiro headlights, i had them on my 99 before, light output is horrible (may thread about his), fitment is bad, those gaps look horrible later awhile, you'll regret buying them unless off course you do the proper body work and retro fit them with a nice hid setup, might as well retro your current setup or buy some oem lights.

Guys, Is the fitment issue for I30's as well? If so then what DO they fit well? I know it's a noob question, but I'm just considering making an upgrade, as my stock headlights are not the clear lens style and I honestly cant stand the look
Congrats Tiger,

that was my point, i just see that people like buying ebay headlights and not actual cefiro headlights and i was wondering why they called the ebay ones cefiro headlights. and like i was saying when I read cefiro lights i think of the ONES I posted not the ebay ones...
