Woops, no stock Maximas

I thought a nice 1997 SE with less than 40K on the odo would be a good candidate. That was before I saw the "no stock" Maximas rule. I'll have to add some improvements to qualify for next year.

AH! I see the confusion now!!! I ment to say I wasn't going to send everyone an email. Sorry guys. Didn't mean to do that. To clarify, I'm not going to send everyone an email who submitted. If you had a nice car, but crappy pics, I sent an email to get some better picks. Otherwise I didn't do anything. If you car was, or looked, bone stock it most likely didn't make it in and you didn't get an email.

Also if you have a nice engine bay, send in some engine shots. I know we talked a little bit about this before...

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am not the final factor in the pictures anymore. We have created a board of a few people to help choose what pictures will be used this year. Please do not email or PM me and ask if you made it cause I dont know!

I will be reviewing pictures this weekend to see where we are at. If you haven't done so, DO IT! DO IT NOW!!! I'll let everyone know whats going on on Moday.

Thanks

Because we are going to go with a different vendor this year, things are going to be a little different. The time line may change just a little after the winners are chosen. I'll let everyone know in an update after the winners are chosen.

Submissions are now closed! Thank you all for your support. This years calendar is going to be amazing. We should announce the winners Wed. evening. Ordering is going to be a little different this year to help reduce cost. I will start taking orders after the winners are posted, official ordering closing dates will be posted at that time as well. Information on cost and time frame will follow.

Well here they are! The winners of the 2010 4th Gen Maxima Calendar!

Let me start by saying thanks to everyone who participated this year. We had more submissions then any other year, almost half a GB. Not only did we have more to choose from but it was extremely hard to choose winners. I had several org members as part of the board to help choose the winners. After receiving information back from them I found even more people to help review because it was so close. If you didn't make it in this year please don't be discouraged and work hard in 2010 to make it into 2011. Hopefully even I may make it into next years! The cover pic hasn't been finalized yet. I know that we were thinking of doing small pics of everyone who didn't make it in but that would be very time consuming. So the cover shot is going to be a surprise!

In addition to this years winners we have decided to make a tribute to Kevin. On the back of every calendar will be his picture to serve as a memory of his contribution to the Maxima community. Thank you Kevin for all you hard work!

Please read this carefully!

I have tried hard to make these as affordable as possible this year. The total cost out the door is going to be only $18.50! Additional calendars can be purchased at the cost of $14.00 if they are being shipped to the same location. This pricing comes at a huge cost of my own personal time to mail these out individually instead of going through cafe press. This means that the calendars must be pre-ordered! All payments must be made to my PayPal account. When making your payment make sure you choose that your purchasing goods so that your shipping address is included in the receipt I get. If your purchasing additional calendars for other people and would like them sent to them directly please include their address in the notes when making your payment. Please remember that if you are doing this the cost of the additional calendars is $18.50. All calendars are going to be ordered in bulk with maybe 1 or 2 extras. They will take 5 days to process and 3-5 days for shipping before I get them. At that time I will send them all out. You must place your order prior to November 8th! After then you can take your chances with any extras I may end up having. I will have a good idea of how many extras I will have at that time. On November 9th I'm sending it out for print. On December 2nd I will place the calendar up for purchase on CafePress. The cost will a bit higher and you will have to pay shipping so if you want one your best bet is to get it now!

Ordering closes on November 8th!
Please make all payments to PayPal account: bezerk2112@gmail.com
Cost : $18.50
Additional Calendars to Same Location: $14.00
Additional Calendars to Different Location: $18.50

PM me if you have any questions!

On to the winners in no particular order!
