Question on headlight Retro,
Im currently doing my retro,
everything is mounted on the housing just waiting to get dark to try them on the car, I have the Housing lens just tape up,
But How are you guys resealing the Headlight Housing, do you used the same
tar on the housing, or remove it and put new silicone?

I would just try to reseal them by heating up the grey silicone w/a heatgun.
If you do scrape out the grey tar.... it's gonna take at least 30 minutes per each light. It took me about an hour each. Not to mention, its a nice workout.
On the bright side, I used nissan rubber butyl sealant and it is amazing stuff. The consistency is much easier to work with than what the headlight comes with. It's so ply-able that i was able to put it onto the headlight lens and press the housing together. With a little help from some metal clamps, it sealed very well. I've redone my retro 3 times and each time the rubber butyl was easy to remove and easy to apply.

Keep in mind that the rule at 25 ft:
a 2 inch drop from the top of the projector to the lower step. I made this mistake and it was aimed too low...had to take apart my sealed retro

Come on peeps help a brother out,
dont get to technical about it keep simple,
i install one headlight my cut off line at 25feet is at like at 5feet high,
is that to high to low?

WAY too high.
According to kzoosho, stock headlight height is 26". That means the lower portion of the cutoff needs to be at 24"
The idea is to aim them slightly below level... if your cutoff is 5 feet off the ground, you're way above level.
