I have a 97 GLE with 195,900 on it. I am hoping it'll run for at least another 5 years before I get a new car. My mom owned it before she gave it to me. She bought the car back in 1999 with 38k on it. I'll post a pick later today for you! BTW, this is my first post on here and this website is awesome!

Have a 1999 SE at 184,000 miles. I put some of that German Castrol Synthetic oil in the car several months ago. The car seems to love that stuff. Drinks it like kool aid. Runs like a Thoroughbred Race Horse. Getting the AC Compressor changed now. Jeeez that friggin thing is noisy as hell when it was broken. Ride through the neighborhood and wake up the neighbors. Will also replace the suspension very soon. Starting to feel every pot hole and bumps on these Jersey roads. Thanks for the recommendations regarding suspensions njmaxseltd!! Seems like the H&R Springs coupled with either Illumina or Blues are excellent for smooth ride.

Also thinking about getting the car painted. Will probably stick to the OE paint.

I had my compressor changed out too. Just wasn't cooling the air very well. Also changed the expansion valve.
