Whoa, wait, what? I thought the fact that the A in "A32/A33/A34" designated American-built, and the "J" in "J30" designated Japan-built? Or am I way off?

It was built in MAR 1999 in Japan, or so says the door jamb sticker.

So you are saying I30 were made in India, the M35 were made in Mexico, Q45 were made in Quebec, and G-series were made in Georgia?

Haha I think he was referring to the J30 as the 3rd gen (chassis code J30) not the Infiniti J30

i knew 4th gens were made in japan the ones that got sent here they made as front wheel drive but some of the ones the kept there they made then rear wheel. I WANT ONE! ive been dying to get a good car to drift in with rear wheel drive and had something to do with a max. haha i even thought of converting mine to rear wheel haha i dont think ill be doing that i like my max as is at the moment. although it would be good to have one of the rear wheel models
