relay for turn signal and hazards

hey i have a buddy that has a 96 max and he needs his relay's replaced. i have looked but can't find them. does anyone know where they are? any would be great thanks

There is only one....its located under the dash, in close proximity to the gas pedal and steering column. I'd take a pic, but its snowing right now, and its cold as ice outside.
