2009 Maxima Calendar Almost Done!

This is starting to take more time then I wanted. I want to thank everyone for their submissions! This years pictures were a lot better then last. The bad news is that I still need 4 more pictures. I've been working in my spare time to get some pictures to work but just cant. Make some last minute submissions Guys so I can get this out! Flava the link you gave me is dead!

Here is what the calendar looks like so far! If you see your picture please send me your Maxima.org user name and specs on the car like year and any major stuff you've done. For examples please see last years calendar at http://www.cafepress.com/BeZerK2112.

The rest are in no particular order.

I get my car back in the next day or so, I can either snap some new ones or rehost the other ones.
That is if you want to use my car. Just let me know.

Sent you a PM regarding my submission. Hopefully ill make it in, so i can pick up an 09 calender too.

Id like to see some color show off in there. It would be nice if we could get one of each color. Im Sterling mist, i dont think there is any KT3's in the calender yet.

just bought another 2008 calender to replace my 2008 calender that got trashed at work

Here is one photo I took that I thought was kinda cool:

Unfortunately my car is out of commission so I haven't really had the chance to go do a good photo shoot.

Here is another I took just for my sig, unfortunately my Golf is kinda sticking in the way so it probably isn't a good photo for the calendar at all.

Nice Max, but the second pic is too dark and too grainy IMO. And yeah, the Gulf kills it.

Toyick,

Your first set of 4 pics aren't exactly what I'd call eye candy IMO.

1. Shadow city
2. Blurry/out of focus and cars are cut off
3. Blurry/out of focus
4. Blurry/out of focus

2nd set of pics with just the white max are better, although the second pic is a bit washed out.

Cool, good job Bezerk. Thanks.

You keep starting new calendar threads - you should link them together so it isn't so confusing. :S

Here are some repeated questions/comments I had from one of your other threads that hopefully you can address?

- Please include the car owner's real name and his maxima.org handle, unlike last year (I think you alluded to this above).
- Can we have multiple images? Say, the main, large image but also a few smaller images of different angles/views around the main image?
- Is there any way to have a short mod. list? Perhaps in small text height, off to the side. ? (I think you alluded to this above).
- Can I have April??

Thanks!

- Josh

Everyone may not want there name out there, I know I wouldnt.
I also wouldnt want to look at a bunch of text on the pics listing mods, kind of takes away from them. Its a calendar, not a magazine photoshoot.
Just my point of view.

Yea. If the Golf wasn't in the way and it was a tad bit brighter out that pic would have come out well. I think the camera used an ISO setting slightly too high because of the darkness and confusing contrasts in light causing it to be a bit grainy. Isn't noticable at all when shrunk down to a normal size, but meh, definitely not the best photo I can do of my max.

Here, I just dug up some old ones off the PC, they might do the trick. One the photos are brought down to reasonable size the graininess goes away if that's the only issue with those. Meh, I figure its worth a shot and post em up anyway.

EDIT: ****, the second one is still pretty grainy even when made smaller. Bummer, I really liked that photo. Damn shame it came out grainy.

EDIT: Ok, I just found one that wasn't grainy. It was portrait, not landscape so I cropped it. I still have the portrait one available.
It's a bit dark, so I have another one thats brightened up a bit, but some of the colors in the sunset are lost partially.

I will attach them instead because photobucket was doing things to cut down on the file size I didn't like.

1. Personally, I couldn't care less. Take it or leave it.
2. Good idea, but not really worth the effort this late in the game IMO. Maybe next year.
3. Too distracting/unnecessary. I imagine this would be a lot of work too, and time is running out.

Come on guys! Keep given me some more! There are only 3 spots left. I've only had one other submission and it was too grainy!
