wet sanded lightly with 1000 grit paper,

cleaned off dust with tack cloth,

did 1 medium-heavy coat of vht nite shades,

cleaned off dust with tack cloth,

used small duplicolor clear coat and did 2 light mist,

WTF, what a tease! damn you man !

It looks great though! And for including info on how you did it. I always wondered what these would look like tinted, as I have the same lights. Definitely would try this if my car was a darker color. I'm not sure how it would flow on beige I know it's going to look on the KN6 though. Finished product / installed pictures FTW!

That looks to be great quality. I was looking into those lights a while back, but the chrome top would have stuck out too much for my taste. And after reading no one has successfully opened them up to paint the chrome part black, I left the idea.

I'm interested to see the final product, since my car is KN6 as well.

took me about 4 hours, minus letting it dry for a day and buffing it out, i'm not putting them on the car til the car gets painted so it will be about a month or two before you guys see the final product!
