Mini shoot after many repairs and replacements since May

alright so i'm finally at a point where i'm mostly satisfied with it's condition. since i bought it in May, i've had a whole crazy long list of repairs and things done.

click here to see the thread i made when i first bought it (disregard my noob questions and remarks that i made lol)
http://forums.maxima.org/4th-generat...lots-pics.html

still have a few things left that i want to do but i couldn't help going out and taking a few pics... up and coming mods include 35% tint all around and leather interior.

Work done to the car:
Replaced CV axles
Replaced Control Arms
Swapped out suspension all around for tokico illuminas and progress springs
Completely Shaved Trunk including nissan emblem, maxima letters, and keyhole.
Clear corners installed
Fog lights replaced
Cleared out tail lights (red/white mod)
Clay Barred Twice
Sanded/Cleaned/Polished Headlights
Replaced Muffler
Repainted Hood, Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Front Passenger Side Panel, and Trunk
Completely Cleaned/Scrubbed Down the interior (carpeting and seats) then followed up with Scotch Guard
Replaced Front Nissan Emblem
Replaced Hood Struts
Installed Strut Bar
Replaced Alternator Under Nissan Recall
Rear Driver Side Brake Caliper replaced (was found to be leaking)
Maxima Letters Placed above glove compartment
Ignition (key cylinder) had to be replaced after it was stolen

Performance wise, I plan on keeping it as close as possible to stock. My basis is that, many many many amounts of money were spent on research and development to put this thing together the way it is for optimal daily driving. Since i have no plans to race it or even take it to a track, i have no reason to modify it performance wise. From what i've read, performance mods usually lead to more problems down the road and that's exactly what i want to avoid, especially since it performs beautifully now.

Looks nice! How about telling us some of those repairs and things on your list you had to do to it, besides the mods in your sig line? I'd be interested. Thanks

Ya know until I saw that pic of the dash I wasn't quite sure what kind of car that was.

All kidding aside... nice work.

hey hey hey... i think putting that on the dash gave the inside of the car a little bit of class, kind of brought it up a notch... especially since it doesnt even have leather... when people first sit in my car, they always comment on how good it looks and how great the shape its in on the inside. i feel the letters have a lot to do with it
