How to remove the fog bulbs
I am trying to remove the bulbs that are in my fog lights on my 98 so I can replace It with my new PIAA extreme whites. I will need help on the removal of the bulbs and the installation. Thanks.

did you get it off the car? if you did, twist the black housing and pull it, the bulb is held in by a wire thats actually the ground for the bulb, look close the wire is in a groove, pull it to the side and the bulb should come right out

I eventually got the fog lights out but I couldn't take out the bulbs out of the fog lights because I was afraid of braking the white wire that is connected to the bulb.

nothing is gonna break. Unscrew the black cap like someone said, then unhook the pin looking thing and it should release the bulb, then you disconnect the one wire and thats it.

I have gotten this far but the wire connected to the light bulb got me a little worried and I was pulling the bulb out hard but It did not move but,I tried again and this time It sounded like It was going to chip off and crumple so I am going to do it again I am sure as you guys are saying that it will be ok.

You say the bulb didn't move at all. Did you undo the metal retaining clip?

The metel retaining clip Is that the curled wire that has to be moved out to get the bulb out of the housing,If so I have removed it out It's all about sliding the bulb out without breaking it. Are there any tricks In removing the bulb out of the pocket or whaatever you call It.

once you remove the wire, then you could pull the bulb right out. it should be loose.. but if you changing the bulb, that mean the bulb is not working, why are you afraid of breaking it then since you buying a new bulb to replace it?

I know what you mean...I actually think I broke the bulbs when taking them out. Don't worry about it though, considering you will be changing the bulb anyways.

I was more worried about the white wire that connects to the bulb and it also connects to the soild metal wire that you have to move out unable to remove the bulb out of the housing. If I am to remove the white wire off of the solid metal wire that is connected to the solid metal wire. Then I can remove the bulb because the new bulb comes with the white wire.

FTR, the 'solid metal wire' is the retaining clip, it's easiest to just refer to it as that because otherwise you're asking for confusion. Honestly I can't understand a single bit of that post.

Let me clear up the confusion, I was stating that I got the fogs out I opened up the black part and now I got the retaining clip out aka the (soild metal wire). I was refering to the white wire that connects to the bulb and back to the retaining clip I don't know If I should just yank the bulb from the tight housing that It's sitting in.

As everyone has said, if you're replacing the bulb, it shouldn't matter if you damage it. Consider it a learning experience.
If everything's disconnected, and the retaining clip was removed, then the bulb should just pull right out.

Installed but not working..
I installed the PIAA extreme white plus bulbs and they are not even lighting up. The max watts are 110w and they are not working. Any help to know what I should do from here.

I assume you checked the fuse?
You are also aware that stock bulbs are 55w, and that's what the system was designed for?

The front cover labels says It's a H3 12v 55w---> 110w Is this a scam or It's a fit?

Ah, they are 55w bulbs that say they put out '110w of light' (which doesn't make sense, but that's something else).
Have you checked the fuse?
