those are 19x8.5 with 225/40/19's on them so they are a lil undersized.

This is lowered 2.5 inches with the fenders rolled, and 245/45/18 R-compounds on Infinity wheels. This set up is on K-Sport Coilovers.

I rode on a set of Intrax springs with factory struts for 5 years with a 2 inch drop for about $200.
No mater what, set aside $80 for a new front end alignment. Otherwise your tires would last 6 months.

This was my previous Maxima. I had TEIN S-TECHs with KYB AGXs. I cut 1 coil out of each spring. My ride was decent for a dropped car. HEATING SPRINGS IS DANGEROUS! You can cut springs but up to 1 coil. Anything more than that is crazy. At the time when I had this car I worked in upstate New York. My commute to work was about 70 miles one way. This setup was my best spring setup on my Maxima.

This is my current Maxima with coilovers. I don't know the exact drop number but my cross member hates me lol. Right now I'm fabricating a skid plate to replace the plastic shrouds for the engine and trans.

^^^^ Good grief already. Every time you post pics of your car, you post a gazillion, and most of them are pretty much the same as your other pics. Relax a little....two or 3 pics tops (from very different angles) would have got your point across.

Sorry I apologize. I don't have too many other pics of my ride.

I rigged a set of Weapon R to fit, but with three people in the back seat, and the trunk full of luggage, the springs were completely compressed and blew my struts. I mean NO suspension travel what so ever. If you don't plan on carrying anyone in the back seat, and no luggage or sub box in the trunk, I highly recommend them.

There are other problems that can happen by going the cheap route. I've seen members here with broken springs. Spend the money and go for quality. I've been on H&R's for the last 4 years. They're not the lowest but you still get a decent drop and a nice look with 17" wheels.

Go too low and you'll be swapping out axles very often.

not to thread jack, but what if I want to lower my max like...one inch. Cheap ways of doing that? I put on some 16 inch rims...just a bit high off the ground compared to the stock rims.
