Finally I sold my I30.

Hi.

Finally I sold my 96 I30 because of the gas price. I loved my car but I couldn't afford anymore. I bought a jetta now. Only what I like is the gas mileage but it doesn't have any power. It runs like a old turttle, the seat isn't comfortable, no Bose sound. I really really miss my car.

Anyway I've learned a lot of things in here. I want to say "thank guys and Maxima.org. It was a really great car.

Thanks.

Cool I like VW especially my friends old 02 1.8t GTI (pity he wreaked it)But they are expensive to maintain thats why I stopped looking for a 98-01 Audi A4 I love those but the parts are really expensive.

Wheh I have a I30, I wanted to fix or improve something. Not for the Jetta. If the gas price goes back to below than $3, I will definetely find another Max or I30.

Thanks.

you must do a LOT of driving to think that buying another car based on MPG alone will make it worthwhile.

If I were you I would settle with a Honda Civic or a Toyota Corolla/Matrix.

IMHO, VWs are a piece of nonsense. Some of my friends who have Passats' at work (that is made in Germany) and the cost for maintaince far exceeds any vehicle I have heard about.. If that is the case with Passat's think about Jetta's that are made in Mexico....

Good luck with your purchase, and yeah ^^^, you must have been doing alot of driving to consider purchasing another car based on MPG alone. In reality, the gas mileage wont be THAT much more than the I30. To me, a purchase like that isn't even worth it. Even if the mileage is significantly better, the money you save on gas will be used for parts/repairs. You'll be in the same position as you were. Personally, I would have found a better job and kept my love. Take care, lateR!
