Its a very soft/flexible rubber. Its durable though and holds its form. I already drove 300 miles at 80mph with only the double sided tape holding it and it showed no signs of coming off. I doubt it would come off hitting a curb, but I wouldnt know cause I dont drive into curbs. 3M double sided automotive tape is alot stronger than alot of people think who have never used it before.

I was thinking about doing it, but since I have a pebble beige car, the black would stick out too much.
black_maxed95: Weren't you working on a HHO kit as well? How's that going?
Ya I had it done and running for awhile. Delays arose though with getting my tuning devices fully hooked up so I stopped. I didnt want to run it untuned. I will return to that project once I get my ZT-2 WBO2 and VAFC2 fully functional. I still keep an eye on that thread too but dont post in there anymore.

Not bad. I'm just not a big fan of not painting it body color. Has anyone experimented with adding Home Depot Motorsports parts to the sides and/or rear?

you must be talking about some other idiot cause i could give a s**t about a stillen. theres not a bandwagon, nor a kit, for my style which is why i won't be rockin one period.
this is the only truly nice kit ever made for an a32:
i tried hard to get it even though its in the $5k range, but couldn't because impul discontinued it.
i could drop stillen/ionic/etc. kit money in the blink of an eye but i will not because they do not look good imo. same reason i wouldn't spend $.01 on this mod.
the point is not to just add something onto the car because you can, do it because it looks good. this definitely does not.
WHere did u get ur kit from? HOW much did you pay?..how long it took?..im feelin it. let me kno
grrr... i couldnt find it at Home Depot! is taht possible!?! i found something similar... but it was wayyyy flimsy... so i highly doubt that was it... mabbey im mistaken? anyways ill look again tm around 7ish... sorry guys!!!! =[

FINE.... just stop checking this thread.. thats all you have to do... it cant get easier than not doing anything.. leave this to the weekend budget modder and stop checking this thread.. nobody is saying you cant not like the lip.. JUST STOP BEING AN *** and calling it cheap mod that people shouldnt do cause its cheesy... , blah blah blah.. your post should have been..
"Dont like it.. not my thing.." done... move onto the wheel and tire section and read a thread about HUGE rims...

Perhaps there isn't much demand for rubber door seals. Do people in your area have garages?

sorry didnt realize that you were the one who mentioned the motorsports parts, and Hexon is right lets stay on topic!
which brings me to the questiont aht sparked my non-funny joke. Home Depot Motorsports Parts?? what exactly are those?
Oh, you didn't get the "Home Depot Motorsports". I thought you didn't get what I said about the H.D. lip not being body color. Home Depot Motorsports is..........well.......... a joke my friend. And a good one. It's just a fun term people use to describe Home Depot because so many "car" parts are purchased from Home Depot and used on our Maximas. Ex. grilling, nuts/bolts, weather stripping, etc. Get it?

Dont forgot the "lip"!!! others can be... mesh, some tools, low profile ramp (2x4), and you can hire your own racing team too (translator sold separately).
yo mr.axle hope. i think it would be better with one piece across instead of the cutoff.

Highly disagree. Maybe you're not acquainted with the 4th gen's front end but it's not exactly flat underneath.
haha the racing team joke was funny. yeah i get it now. i just never put that much thought into it. well time to work on making me a Smack Booster, cause its pretty safe to say this lip idea... well.. didnt work out so well... i will say this though. a day shot would probably give us more justice on the look of it.

It's all good but I've been around here a long time and a lot of people dont' like to be honest about what they like because they are afraid to have their own look. They're afraid of what other may say.
