cant align my car!!!!!

when adjusting my toe. i turned the tie rods all the way until there was no more thread left. and it was still not aligned. the mecanic said that it could be the struts but "he wasnt sure". and i say if it aint broke dont fix it. so any ideas on what could be bent or shifted the rack looks good and the tie rods are still good too.

When I had a bent strut, my car could not be aligned within spec. It could be a number of items, so there's one place to start.

my dad(previous owner) told me that he got the rack replaced at a cheap shop, so it could be that the rack shifted and its making one tie rod too short. because they can align the left side but not the right side. also i can turn the wheel to one side(cant remember wich side)more than the other. so ima get that checked out first
