seat belts gone bad??

seat belts gone bad??
on the passenger side the seat belt is fully retracted and is completely tight and cant be pulled out.....and on the drivers side its out a certain ammount and wont retract in or come out any farther?...happend cause of a wreck...how to fix?

Remove and replace. Might be under factory warranty. Some car manufactures have a lifetime warranty on their safety restrant system. Not sure if Nissan is the same. Worth checking out.
