Where can I get an AC Clutch disk????
Can't seem to find just the clutch disk, everyplace wants to sell the whole compressor. I gave up on trying to find a clutch disk removal tool .... seems nobody has them. (I'm sure the stealersh!t has them, but F them!)
Any and all help is much appreciated. This is driving me nutzo.

Can't understand your post.
Are you looking for the A/C clutch or the removal tool?

YEP! That is what I need to do. I don't think the tool would help at this point due to the noise it will likely make after replacing it anyway. So, I figured I would get a new A/C Clutch and not have to worry about it one way or the other. If I use the tool and then replace the OEM disk and it makes noise ... well, you see where I am going.

The a/c clutch holder tool ... is sorrta like what I need, but it's not a puller. Thanks anyway tho mate. The tool I need will actually hook under the disk and as you tighten a center bolt, it pulls the disk off. I even tried making a couple, but to no avail. So ... I still need the damn A/C Clutch Disk .... I want rid of the noise from that pulley bearing.

$500 for a compressor? Can get them for $27 from my local junkyard...cheap enough that if it's a bad one, it was still worth trying.

Isn't buying one used an issue though? If not, I'm kicking myself right now. I bought a remanufactured one yesterday for $175 + shiping, which is thought was a great price considering all the other reman ones I've found were between $300-450.

That is a point Pmohr .... but still gotta recharge the system if I do that. Plus, if the bearing is bad on the junk yard one too, then I have to R+R it again ... Not a bad idea, but if I can find the clutch disk, I am thinking it would be a better way to go.

That link that he gave, I saw a puller right beside the holder tool.

Did you actually read what I wrote? If you do, then it was a waste of a mere $27. No big deal.

You can run the compressor long enough to determine whether or not it currently has a bad bearing without having to charge up the system.

Indeed, you'd have to R&R the compressor. If it didn't work, you'd be out <$50 and an hour of your time, basically.

That lays into the same issue tho .... how to get the old one off without F'n it up to the point I have to spend $300. The old one is still on and making noise, I really don't like it, but I'll live with it for now. Of course, if anyone has any ideas of how to remove the OEM disk and not F it up, I'm open to options here. Sabash, didn't you do your AC Disk? How??? Where did you get the replacement?
