Front end shaking

Whats going on 4th geners? I've been reading up on people's shaking issues but nothing seems to be too similar to my problem. When ever my car moves (regardless of speed) my steering wheel jerks to the right consistently. And of course my car moves to the right when I'm not holding the steering wheel straight-and not a little bit but a lot. Next when I'm on the highway going about 70mph my whole car seems to be shaking uncontrollably especially the steering wheel and the shifter. The vibrations are so strong that I can feel it on my seat and on the gas pedal. I recently did a clutch/flywheel/axels/balljoints replacement but the problem didn't occur till a couple weeks after. Any ideas?

have u checked your struts or motor mounts. Usually those are the problems. my struts were shot, so my front end would shake as soon as i hit 60. After that no problem.

Struts are kyb-agx and less then a year old and the springs are tein s techs and those are less then a year old too. I didn't get an alignment yet just because of the $......and the tires are new too.

dude, you need an alignment. any time you replace suspension parts its a good idea to have the alignment checked afterwards. also check your tires and how is your steering rack? how does the ps fluid look?

same problem with mine......did all the above work that you did, tires are great no tread wear, alignment is perfect, struts and springs are good to go...however two of my motor mounts are shot (need to change out asap....but waiting for money) All in all i think that is the main culpret!! But i wont beable to give you any pos feedback till they are changed. until than i feel your pain!! Ill let you know if it stops after they are installed!

My 97 needed new motor mounts when shaking occurred. It was lowered too, but the alignment was good.

Whenever you change tires and suspension you need an allignment. thats like getting a big brake kit but re using your old stock pads. The Firestone buy me offers alignments for life for a one time fee, i think its beteen 100-140 not sure though, but its great for pot holes.

def an alignment, i had the same problem, my steering wheel used to shake like something was about to pop off, but after balancing tires and an alignment, rides nice not a 100% smooth, but nice, and no shaking
