CEL blinking steadily while engine is running
I currently have three codes in there (0701, 0901 and 1001) so the CEL is normally always on. Today its been blinking while Im driving, its not blinking out codes, just a constant blink. Does this mean anything or is there just something wrong with the system?

Never mind I just found the answer; the CEL blinks when there are multiple misfires.
My engine is on its way out and has been misfiring like crazy, I had a feeling thats what a flashing CEL meant.

Ah, figured as much. I imagine though, other than misfires it would take a faulty ECU to flash the CEL constantly.
