starting problems

ok this is a lil weird so i don't have the technical terms to describe it but here goes...... basically my maxima starts for me with no problems. but when anyone else tries they cannot get it to start. but because i guess i'm used to it i start it with no problem. i didn't know if anyone had heard of this or have any possible suggestions.

no no no, the starter is not the problem. its most likely your ignition switch. Honestly you probably dig the key in just right to get it to work, while others dont know the "sweet spot" I had this, cept I knew what I was doing differently than everyone else. Ignition switch, its 26 dollars, and about 15 minutes to fix.

I have a write up on how to do it, PM me if you want it

I think its probably your ignition switch, if it was a starter it would be a problem for you too.

you can always double check. just check and see if your getting the right voltage for the ignition harness. its prob just your switch wearing off..
