Based on your story of going to EB, and being in the store for less than 5 minutes, it sounds like the thief followed you there, cuz maybe he felt he couldn't steal it in front of your house? If so, that's crazy. He really wanted your car bad.

he always wanted to know what was under the hood, so maybe when u blew him, (litterally blew, not the sexual one), then he prob thought u were running supercharger. LOL

If hes doing 5 years this isnt his first time, or offense. I bet he has a record already. In your shoes I would find a friend of a friend of anybody whos in jail with him and put a beat down on him while hes in jail, nothing too serious but a daily reminder that if he wants to mess with you, youll get to him even in jail. (hes your punk bish)

UPDATE WITH PICS!!!!

Finally got my car back, when i went to go get it, all my windows were open and it was pouring rain, it was sitting in a privately owned towing company.
My car was there and there were like 3 other maximas, including a I30. When i went to go look inside , it was horrible. there were puddles of water on the floor and the door compartments. the seats were soaked, and all my papers in my glove compartment was all over the floor and soaking wet, and the ignition switch was torn to pieces.
As of right now here are the things im lookin for
- New ignition switch
- A/C controller
- A/C vents
- Clock
- Stereo hoist
- And center console plastic covers

And for some strange reason my blinkers don't work
The towing guy said the ***get poured gas and oil all over the exterior of the car to get rid of finger prints
Here are the pics

Shattered window

Papers all over back seat floor

Papers and cracked plastic all over floor

It could have been worse, did he take the wheels? at least you can get most of that stuff in the for sale section here. Once again I say most thefts are people that know you or seen you before. They will case out a joint before hitting it. I saw the guys case the place the night my car got broke into.

Nice that you got your car back. Seems like you are going to try to repair it. I must say that is quite the daunting task. I would opt to have insurance take/deal with it and settle for another Maxima of your choice.

OR ... make it a project car

They didnt take the wheels but he did try, i could see scuff marks on the wheel lug nuts. Im Actually gonna repair it, im gathering all the parts together and i just got the radio bezel, but i am trying to find the rest of the pieces. The good thing , all the wire connectors are still intact so its just a plug and play deal

At least you can put it all together. Your blinkers will work once you get a hazard button re-installed.

blinkers dont work if the hazard light switch is disconnected (you know...by the clock). which obv urs is since the whole center console is ripped out. You should be good to go when u connect up the new vent/clock piece.

he may look like a ***** now but wait till he gets out IMO if i were you id look into a restraining order and a S&W or glock to keep under the front seat, and of cource a 12 gauge in the trunk cause when you run into this guy again (you never know) it might not be pretty. IMO glad everything worked out for you though if i were you id wire a secret switch for the solenoid or the fuel pump **** the alarm ****.
