Could this be possible ??

Hi guys I had a problem with my altenator so I change the alt and battery I got a sears platinum and it start allot faster but yesterday when I started my car the engine light come on and it was throwing this codes , 07-01 - 06-08 - 10-08 and 03-04 my car has over 107,000 miles on I look up this codes and I'm a little worry .07-01 is Multiple Cylinder Misfire , 06-08 is Misfire on cylinder 1 -10-08 and 03-04 I'm not too worry about ..lately when I'm driving and go over 3500 rpm I hear this poping from the intake it only does it every now and than ..but it seems when is hot out and not so much when is cool ..could it be just the gas I have been using 89 and I used to use 94 octane .. thanks in advance ..

ok, i suggest resetting the codes first, disconnect your battery overnight. When you connect it again, drive you car normal then see if any codes come back, the ones that do match the ones from before are your problem. I like to make sure i'm having and issue not just some sort of glitch before i take steps to correct and spend money/time.

Well mate ... could be your coils, but I dunno. Not sure how to check your coils, but I'd try that if I was having this problem. IMO, the popping sound could be unused / unburnt fule in the dead cylinder. (hotter = thinner mettal = louder sound) I am not sure if this is at all acurate, been at work all night, need sleep. lol

I wish ya luck anyway!

if it only does it when it is warm it could be the cam or crank sensor.
