Changing Base Timing
Can someone please tell me how to adjust the base timing on a 1996.
I hooked up a autoenginuty (by the way, it is a piece of ****.) and was showing 5 degrees at idle. I hear it is suppose to be at 10-15. The car has a bad idle.
