I am having a same problem with some rims off a stock Mazda 626. They had 67 mm centerbore, but the hub cap of the rim was only about 55mm. This is at the outer edge and didn't cause a problem in front, but the rear wheel grease caps stick out about 1/2 inc or more and run into the rim 's hub cap hole. I haven't decided whether to Dremel out the rims or just look for diff ones, but I need to find out if there are press in hub caps that are about 65- 66 mm if I do that. Anyone know where I can find something like that ?
I got the centerbore info from a link here, but it didn't mention the rear grease cap being so protruding. I never thought to check when I bought the rims, since the website showed they were only 1mm larger than Max.

I made this its own thread. He had obviously searched, based on the thread that it was in. Please don't club him about searching.

Can you use spacers to clear that caps in the rear?

I would put the wheels up for sale while you look for a solution unless you are attatched to them already.

Nope, They're held away about 20-30mm; not worth the risk from what everyone says about spacers, new lugs etc. Thanks for the thought. I'll probably sell, but here in Halifax there's not a big market in this size.
