Clutch release replace... Problems *HELP*

Ok so i replaced the throw out bearing on my max and now my car won't go.... anywhere! When u start the car, before before you even put it in gear, the speedo starts to read that your going like 10 miles an hour. Then, the car will just go into any gear without using the clutch, and when it does, the speedo registers you going faster, but the car isn't moving at all.

I lifted the car, started it, and with the tires off the cv axle spins alittle (drivers side) when its not in gear, and when it is in gear it spins like its going to drive just fine. But when u put the tires back on, it doesn't spin at all. I removed the drivers side cv axle (with ALOT of work btw) and its not stripped, at all. It looks perfect.

I looked inside the tranny through the cv axel hole and everything looks fine. I even tried starting it with the axle out, and you can see ears spinning inside the hole. So WTF, why doesn't it spin when the whole setup is in? The drivers side cv axle is the one that gets power when u don't have a limited slip correct? I'm pretty confused, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Someone point me in the right direction.

what brand throw out bearing did you use?
Did you regrease the area?
Did you seat the TB properly, move the fork back and forth to make sure the TB is sliding properly and with little to no resistance?

Open diffs will not go anywhere when either axle is broken. The speedo will work but the car will not move. Its possible that the passenger axle is not installed correctly. Also if the speedo stays moving with your foot on the clutch you didnt put the TOB in right.
