Engine stalling during normal driving, help!

Alright I've been having this problem for a while, and I'll try to describe it as thoroughly as possible.

While driving, the car will run fine, then at random times (always early in the drive though) it gets an erratic idle, or dies. Today I caught it on film. The idle jumps between 500 and 1500 quickly, and feeding it gas keeps it running. It didnt die this time, but at the next stop light it did. Cranking once its dead will start it, but it starts boggy and eventually creeps up to 1000, then down to 650 for idle. While doing this, it feels very not smooth, almost like a misfire....

This shows NO codes, and the things wrong with my car ATM (that i know of) are a major exhaust leak, and a broken sway bar endlink (not relevant).

Here's the video. I did not touch the throttle once during this besides for the short part where it goes to 4k.
I was sitting at idle at a stop light.

you only waited like an hour for an answer, dude, you can't get too pissed.

anyway, maybe check your iacv, or look for a vacuum leak. a friend of mine had a similar problem, and that was caused by his iacv, so i'd start there.
