Rattling noise from vent

Rattling noise from vent
When i turn on my air or a/c i get this wierd rattling noise from the passenger side vent. I cant locate the spot of the noise. Does anyone know how to fix this easily. Thanks for the help.

Not bad to remove. Three or four screws hold the assembly in place. Then the electrical connector needs to be unhooked. Once unfastened you'll find that the assembly won't quite clear the bottom of the dash. Remove one bolt from the bottom right corner of the dash and pull the corner of the dash down just far enough to let the fan assembly slip out. No big deal..
