What's causing this noise??? help

Hey,
everytime i turn my wheel sharply, like leaving a parking spot or my drive way, i hear this like rubbing or clicking sound coming from the front of the car. anyone know what this could be.... its pretty bad and i dont want my wheels falling off lol... thanks

Constant Velocity Joint, it's the part with the accordian flex section on your axle near the wheel. It would probably be a good idea to check them to see if they are torn.
