you can use your hand and pump it up and down a few time and it should build some pressure than you can bleed it

make sure there is no air in the system, bleed it correctly

i got it i found a great way to get the air out the line. Get a little oil pump, the one that has a lttle can on the bottom and you squirt it out with the hand pump, well take that and fill it with brake fluid, get a piece of vaccum hose and put one end on the can and the other end onto the bleeder screw of the slave (the bleeder screw has to be loose) and then just pump a couple of times and your done .
