steering veers right..PLEASE HELP !!

hey whats goin on..i have a 98 gxe 94k miles, when driving my steering veers to the right, and the wheel stutters a little bit from left to right..the stuttering isnt bad, but if i let go of the wheel the car goes right a little bit....I dont know what it could be,my tires are all up to pressure(35), and my gas mpg seems to be down somewhat as well.. I think I might need to get my tires balanced, because before the end of this summer, the car sat for a year.. I just need to know if this happened to anyone else, and what they did..Thanks!

At that mileage it could be a lot of different things (suspension related), but the obvious thing to check first is alignment and balancing.

What do you mean why wheel "stutters" - do you mean it shakes?

Check for alignment, and tire pressures/balance.
