Wow guys.seriously whats next? try banging on your windsheild? seriously some of the advice from a certain person has been beyond useless (no i dont mean killcrap)
anyway my only thoughts here are first, did u check all ur fuses, the under the hood ones too?
seccond check mass airflow sensor, alone it wont make the car not start but with all that other stuff it might

Put a fuel pressure gauge in line (with a T fitting) with the rubber hose on the outlet side of the fuel filter. Check for correct fuel pressure or any fuel pressure build up when cranking. I don't have the spec fuel pressure numbers handy...

A fuel gauge will only cost you 20 bucks... given you car won't start and you've already spent so much time on it, why not at least arm yourself with the right equipment...

do a key cycle. and listen for the fuel pump to kick in. If the engine is freshly rebuilt, and it has had an oil change, i would pull the dipstick and smell the oil, You may have flooded the engine. If you smell a lot of fuel, do the following. if you dont smell a lot of fuel goto step 7 and 8
1)pull the fuel pump fuse, and disconnect the CAM sensor
2)crank the engine over a couple of times to clear the cylinder(open the throttle when your doing it)
3)change the oil
4)change the sparkplugs. get the copper ones. they retain the heat better than the platnums.
5)plug the fuse back in and plug the cam sensor back in
6)when you fire the car up next time, do a clear flood mode.
7)put your foot all the way down on the accelerator and crank the engine over.
8)if the engine fires get off the throttle

i check the fuel pump...it has 2 clips....one clip has 4 wires and the other one has 2 wires....i was told to check the one with 2 wires and thats my power wires.....i have no power while the ignition is on....but the fuse is still good.....is there a relay that i should check if there is one?? what should i do next???

Invest in a haynes manual. If you don't know basic mechanics its best to read up on it instead of asking a bunch of amateur enthusiasts incessant questions.
I will tell you one thing. Without the proper equipment you will go nowhere. A fuel pump could pump fuel at 5psi and it can pump at 25psi. You won't know without a gauge. So get your nikes on, ride the short bus to autozone, and get one. While you're there you can buy a manual and all your cam and crank sensors. You can bring them back if you don't use them.
You guys are the "bridge builders" of the future and you cant even figure out the easiest crap much less get along with each other.
