Man, you are a true grammar moron. You have no idea how to use the English language, do you? I understand written language very well if written by someone with better than a Kindergarten education. They don't do grammar in Brooklyn, huh? Duh!

I like the sterling mist but it always confuses me... I mean sometimes it looks silver and others it looks like brownish!! I can't figure it out! I have always wanted to have a platinum silver maxima. That would be so hot...

No offense to you guys, but to be honest, I've never really cared for Sterling Mist a whole lot. Its not that I think it looks bad, but it looks beige IMO. For some reason I like how it looks a little bit more on GLE's. I see so many Sterling Mist Maximas and silver/beige cars in general that it just becomes too common. It does suit the Maxima well, but I prefer most of the other colors I've seen on 4th gens, including Platinum Iris because even though its silver, I've never seen a shade quite like it.
I know white is pretty plain too but theres something about it that I really like...

There are a LOT of Sterling Mist Maxes here...and they're all "well-used" ......
a TRULY rare color that is the shiet , even better than Sterling Mist, is the Limited?edition color of Candy Apple Red that appeared on the '99.5 Max Se's That color is truly rare. And it stands out on a Max.
The Sterling mist color is a little too common from where i'm from.

It's worse for me, people take my Pebble Beige max paint as gold and sometimes I think I do agree with them. Wish mine is sterling mist but I think I'm going for custom paint soon.

lol...I wish my black Max had a lot more to it than it does, but money doesn't come easily to throw out on my baby. Will, I thank you for the compliment. You know a brother orger would never do such a thing, though, right? hehe
Fortunately for us 4th genners we had a lot of very good color choices to pick from. I really only dislike maybe one or two of the stock colors. I really wish I had the $$ to repaint my Max and do it right with layer after layer.

I wish I had $$ to repaint my Max too, shame that Arctic White Pearl is difficult to get an exact match on. My bumpers are a diff. shade of white than the rest of the car.

I had a '98 Altima GLE in KH3, loved it. esp. when waxed. Nowadays its the '98 Maxima SE in QN0. If I did it over, I'd get a Max either in KH3 or Sterling Mist. QN0 would still be on my list

That's because the bumpers are plastic, therefore they age differently than the rest of the car. Thus the off-white color.
The da#$ stealership, for $150 mo-f-ing dollars, coulda at least put a right-side mirror on my car that matched the rest of the vehicle!
The troubles of owning an Arctic White Max.....

Thats BS, its all in the paint.
If the shop that paints the bumper, blends it in with the fenders it will match perfectly no matter how old it is.
QNO is hard to match if its done piece by piece thats why blending is a must.

True. Good paint shops can match anything they need. It only takes a shop that concerns itself with quality work to do the job right. Most want to punch out as many jobs as possible without much consideration for the quality.
