Removing rotors...

I'm having trouble removing my front rotors. I've tried spraying them with lube, "tapping" on it with a rubber mallot, tapping it with a 2x4...
I know there is a way that you can stick a bolt in the rotor to push it out. Does anybody know what size bolt I need?? Thanks.

1/4-20 and use two of them it will break free from the hub easier with the even pressure

You gotta whack it, not tap it.
