Black plastic cover under engine

Mine somehow has become a little torn-up underneath (possibly caused by brother), is the plastic piece under the washer fluid & coolant reservoirs & foglights all one part or is it in sections that need to be replaced?

theres one in the middle (splashguard?) and the two side parts are connceted to the fender slashguards IIRC.

Dont have it in front of me but when I had my passenger side fender off the splash guard goes all the way under the windsheild wiper res. and bolted up next to the middle guard that is attatched to the front bumper.

SO . . . my vote is SECTIONS . . .

I know, but they can usually get away with a lot more. a dust boot is nothing more than a piece of rubber, yet it warrants a $20 price tag from the dealer? I think not.
