Cross Drilled or Non Drilled Rotors
Which rotors would be better overall? What is the difference in performance between them?
Also, what are the best white or blue bulbs for the corners and bumper lights to get?

As far as rotors are concerned, personally I would stay away from cross drilled and go with slotted ones. There are instances where the cross drilled ones have broken. The difference between crossed and non crossed ones is the the crossed ones help dissipate heat better and allow for gases to escape at a better rate, thus allowing for better braking and reduction of brake pad failure.
As far as bulbs is concerned there are a big variety of them out there, it all depends upon your preference and how much you are willing to spend. PIAA, Hyper, and Slyvania Silverstars are all good brands. So are Polargs, it's all going to boil down to what you are willing to spend for them.
